Terms & Conditions

• “Platform” means the Skillometer website, dashboards, and assessment service.
• “Company” means a business that subscribes to use the Platform to assess candidates.
• “Candidate” means a person invited by a Company to take an assessment.

The Platform provides bilingual, AI-scored pre-hire assessments and structured reports across professional fields. Reports are decision-support tools intended to assist, not replace, human hiring judgement.

Company accounts are for business use by authorized representatives aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Do not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or compromise the assessment or its scoring.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute questions, reports, or other platform content.
• Use the Platform lawfully and only for legitimate hiring purposes.

• Subscription plans and prices are shown on our pricing page in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
• Prices include 15% VAT as required in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a tax invoice is issued for each payment.
• Subscriptions renew manually; we do not automatically charge your payment method. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed securely by a licensed payment provider.

Assessment reports are generated using automated scoring and AI analysis and may contain inaccuracies. The Company is solely responsible for its hiring decisions and for using the Platform in compliance with applicable labour and anti-discrimination laws.

All rights in the Platform, including its software, question banks, and report formats, belong to Project Vi Co. Companies receive the reports generated for their candidates for their internal hiring use.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We aim for high availability but provide the Platform “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Project Vi Co’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including hiring decisions made using the reports.

You may stop using the Platform and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its regulations. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

We may update these Terms; the effective date below shows the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
