Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Skillometer, operated by Project Vi Co. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Subscriptions

Skillometer is offered as a subscription to a digital service, billed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) inclusive of 15% VAT. Plans are described on our pricing page.

Manual renewal

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, and you choose whether to renew. You will not be charged automatically.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal; you keep access to your current plan until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

  • Because the Platform provides immediate access to a digital service, fees for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable.
  • If you have not used the plan — no candidate invitations have been sent — you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Duplicate charges and payments taken in error are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically up to 14 days depending on your bank or card issuer.
